How 'bout a few weeks ago when I mailed one chip in a bubble envelope and went to the Post Office to add insurance.

At home, I put $2.07 postage on it since I thought it should be at the higher rate due to the bubble envelope.

So I go there and my clerk wouldn't accept it because I put TOO MUCH postage on it..and it should have been the letter rate. WTF. I told him I didn't care about the extra money and just to SHIP IT. He had to call in another clerk who told him to go ahead and do it.

Then the two clowns were arguing with each other in front of customers which rate my envelope should be. Amazing..
