I think I found where the missing "I" went from a variety of BPOE chips. There are chips of this embossed chip with that "I" missing from the Roman numeral eleven ( XI ). If you will notice there is a line by the right antler, between the one and two. That's it. The same thing shows up on another chip where the eleven looks like a ten. I seems that part of the mold must have come dislodged in manufacture and drifted to the other location. I have seen this variation for some time. Now I know what happened
