Yes, don't reply to any of 'em - that's how they know you're a legit address.
What are you using for email? Some have better spam protection than others...other members might want to mention stuff that works for them (I use a local ISP that has a very good spam checker, plus, I can add specific addresses or even PART of an address to weed out other s**t).
Never reply to spam - it just encourages them.
