While I see the token on Steve Piccolo's Bicentennial Gallery page, the match book is NOT!

The obverse of that token (with the dual Bicentennial dates and eagle in-flight, was also used for a Lady Luck $5 silver token and a $10 Eldorado Club (California) silver token.

Glad to know about that match book, I think!
