I see MikeC submitted a scan of the $100 to the MOGH site. This site also has a TCR catalog number for it, but it's not in my 2012 copy.

The 100 (only) is also shown on the Casinorarities web site but that site hasn't been updated in over 10 years.

We could be seeing the same chip in different places if it's a one-of-a-kind.
