plan requirement? I was listing a high priced item, and before I could list, recieved a e-bay memo I must sign up for the buyer protection plan, and give e-bay my credit card number, and if a buyer complaint is not resolved, e-bay can deduct funds from my credit card and pay buyer. example if buyer never recieved item, or item was not as described. This is very upsetting to me. I've been with for 12 yrs. sold over 4,000 item, never had any problems from buyer, 100% feedback. Need some input for members.
