Yes he made those collector chips. In effect, he made up personal chips, had a casino put their name on it then sell them and make alot of money.

BTW, I remember at a chip show Rene pulled me away to show me a RARE c&s that I could have for the low, low price of $400. Too bad I found out later that there was a mini hoard of them. Chip was $100 at most.
