We need assistance with:
Setup/Tear Down - Wednesday morning (early) / immediately following the close of show on Saturday
Promotions table - assist with sales of club merchandise
Membership table - assist Membership Officer Bedo
Museum of Gaming History table - promoting the MOGH
There is also a need for assistance during Trade Sessions (checking credentials) and staffing a Club information table on the casino floor.
Shifts are two hours each, except for setup/tear down.
NOTE: Roy Nelson - Property Director, will also need help with loading/unloading the Club property. This happens on Tuesday and Sunday and involves loading club property into the truck for transportation to the hotel and then helping unload it back into the storage unit after the show. If you're coming in early or staying a day or so after the convention ends, help here would be greatly appreciated.
If you've never volunteered before, please consider helping out. If you've volunteered before, you know what it means to the organization. First time attendees are welcome too. There isn't a better way to meet people and to get involved in the Club.
Volunteering is easy. Just send me an email and let me know that you want to be involved. If there are specific areas/times that you want to help out, let me know. I'll do my best to accommodate your requests.
