It usually occurs pre or post cruise. And, it only happens on the exotic ports, and other European Capitals. Most cruise lines sell a two or three night pre-cruise package which includes a hotel stay, but overnight stays are included in the cruise price which is usually Venice and St. Petersburg -- which we have done both ports.
