Thanks so much for posting that. Some great pictures, most of which I've never seen before. Perhaps the Tribune will make the original negatives available for sale sometime soon. This is a rare opportunity when newspapers are selling off the prints and negatives in their photo archives, and exchanging them for digital records. I've bought hundreds of gambling related pics from Chicago newspapers over the last few years. These old news archives really are a phenomenal record that unfortunately will soon be too be scattered to tell the complete story.
