Jacob J. Lew was confirmed by the United States Senate on February 27, 2013, to serve as the 76th Secretary of the Treasury. The joke is, will he change his loopy signature prior to signing 2013 FRB notes? Some say he should, others say no. I for one would like to see it on the notes.
