While almost always the opposite way of working our research, I am asking for help linking any UFC chips to illegal clubs that were in existance in Pittsburgh during the period of about 1935- 1960.

Gene trimble has just completed research on the Fort Pitt Social Club and the Nite Owl's Club chips; and growing up in Pittsburgh, I know there were many other clubs that had formal gambling rooms, but to date. we have not found chips from any of those joints.

Clubs like the Bachelor Club, The Victory Club, the American Hunting and Fishing Club, Carlisle Club and others have been identified in news articles and book sources, but missing are any chip finds that could be attributed.

I'll do as much research as possible on any ileas. I have several sources in Pittsburgh and I'll take a trip there this summer to see the beloved Pirates, so any help, ideas, chips found in the area etc...pass them on.
