As long as you are getting your money everything should be O.K. Ebay will get their fair share as they now charge fees on the grand total with shipping and not just the item price. In the old days sellers would sell a $30 item for $.01 and then charge $40 for shipping so as to avoid paying fees. That is no longer the case and I don't think Ebay really cares as long as they get their cut from the whole deal. If anything it is a problem for the buyer as he has no record of being owed that chip. He has to trust you.
