I wouldn't do that as there are problems that can arrise from inflating the shipping costs to accomodate. I would just set up a new BIN auction and send him the link. Once he wins, send a combined shipping invoice.

The only danger is that someone else BIN's the auction before he gets a chance to. But since it ended without bids the first time, that isn't very likely.
