Sounds like you were there around 1991. The Royal Cabana opened in 1991 and the Copa Cabana in the Hyatt Regency opened in 1990. The Stellaris, which is in the Marriott Hotel, didn't open until 1995. Yeah, the Royal Cabana was the largest, and probably still would be, if it were open.
