Pam, went down to LV city hall. Got copies of the minutes of the LV City Commission March and April, 1931 meetings.
In the April 7th you had a couple of question marks. the names that have questions marks. Here is what the minutes say,
"these citizens included A.E. Cahlan, A.B. Witcher, Dr. W. S. Park, A.C. Delkin, Dr.Martin, E.A. Stinston, and P.A. Simone."
Interesting set of names Cahlan, editor of the Las Vegas R.J., Witcher-Boulder Club, Dr. Park belive connected with bank, Dr. Martin
long time resident.
