Out of thin air. An assumption on my part. I could be totally wrong on that. It's sort of like saying Chesterfield Club and Old Southport Club with these two chips. In the USPC records there are two colors of 5 denomination Combine chips. That seems like something from a larger operation than a private card game. What do you think?
