Wow on a couple things...That WAS a nice progressive buildup on the Royal.And only holding 2 to it must have been a nice surprise,because holding 3 or 4 we are looking/hoping for the fill-ins,not so much holding 2?
And Two W-2'S in 3 hours? Very Nice!!
