It's a good question John. My answer is no.
I am working in Crown casino Melbourne. I knew few casino in Australia used to have French roulette as well eg. Crown, wrest point. Not even Tim has a pic of the jetons. They were still locked inside the cage somewhere. I tried to asked our CEO to bring it back during the Chinese new year but he replied that it's not worth running a French roulette as it need three dealer to operate the game and the productivity is not good. So I believe that's the reason that casino will not bring it back in the future.
