Luxor opened in 1993 with Chipco chips on the table, including apparently this $500.

There were a few Chipcos made over the years, including this one, apparently for the fifth anniversary. It has a design obviously derived from the same art as on the old $500 (except Tut has a left thumb here and the bottom of the ankh has disappeared). I notice this chip wasn't added to TCR until considerably later (has a Vxxxx catalog).

Does anyone know is there's something strange about this issue? Maybe it was released long after the 5th anniversary in 1998? It doesn't look familiar to me, and I was still collecting LE's around '98.
