A friend of mine and his wife want to go to Las Vegas the weekend of June 21st.

The EDC is that weekend, and hotel rooms throughout the city are very high priced.

The SP wants around $130 a night..could he book rooms using the Convention Code @ the Club Rate of $95 per night, even if he isn't going to the convention?
