Found the records in the clerks office of the Clark County Commission, not the regular Clark County Clerk who normally is supposed to keep all the records and when I went looking for them years ago, the office couldn't find them, then someone suggested the clerk's office.
Yes, yours are from the Las Vegas City Clerk. I am headed there next week. The orginal minutes were donated to Special Collections at UNLV years ago, but I am hoping the Las Vegas City Clerk has microfilm copies.
