IMO catalogue or reference price lists have little to do with actual resale value.
The only items that count are that there is a peson wanting to sell an item and a person wanting the item.
'Rarity' has somethng to do with an item BUT not a major factor.
You can have the only example of something and if nobody wants it then its value is 0 except to the holder.
I have hundreds of 'unique' items that end up in the trash every day.
Remember that the vast majority of 'catalogues or price reference lists' are produced by dealers or pocket dealers. 'We buy trash and sell tresures' is the motto.
These are very good to get a general idea but certainly not a specific evaluation.
Run a few up the flag pole, at what you believe to be a fair price, and see if anyone salutes.
