During my battle with the PO a few years ago I got mad and asked to talk to the Poatmaster. The first words out of her mouth were that she did not know how much postage was to be charged for any package! I went to her boss and I guess the decision was that I knew what I was talking about since the verdict was to put on whatever postage I said. Prior to that I showed her and the other clerks a copy of the rules FROM THEIR OWN WEBSITE as to what was a parcel and what was a large envelope. They still did not believe me!
