I've taken tons of pictures in casinos...usually with my camera, not a cell phone. Occasionally with a cell phone. I try to be a little discreet, especially if there will be other customers in the photos...but only once has a casino employee said anything; specifically "no pictures of the gaming floor". Of course, I already had pictures of the gaming floor .
