Aren't these free promo chips give out by the casino to players, Joe? Why would you call it a pain to get a gift?

I've tried in the past to get promo chips from LV casinos and at most clubs it seems only the host can authorize their issue. I had to sign a receipt when I got the last ones from NYNY

If you were able to get some, I'd like to buy one. Likewise for the 100 (Jim?).
