Several years ago I visited a strip mall located casino careers school. It was located in the same strip mall on West Sahara where there used to be a Goodwill store and a standalone Big Dogs tavern. (Sorry, I can't recall the address or cross street, but I will check on that the next time I'm in town.)

Anyway, I remember going inside and looking at the blackjack tables and asking about the chips they had. I have a recollection that they were those AA hot-stamped chips and the people that worked there said they were chips from an older dealing school. I don't recall the name.

Unfortunately, they place went out of business (or moved).
