Monte Carlo is either a luggage sticker or auto window sticker. Did Monte Carlo have hotel rooms?

I'm not sure if the Monte Carlo operated the hotel rooms, but the building did have hotel rooms upstairs. Mayme Stocker ran them when the building was the Northern Club; if I remember right, Wilbur Clark leased the club from the Stockers, and opened the Monte Carlo.
