At leasts that what the news today states. Saturday routes are supposed to be custom planned based on what the carrier has to deliver that weekend. I have a feeling they will find a way to make bubble mailers still cost $2+ but not call them a package. Or maybe they will say "well, we meant Express Mail Packages get delivered on Saturday".
