Dennis,
I don't know current values because I haven't bought a match cover in five years.
There's no online listing that I know of, maybe someone else knows.
I can give you my opinion on rarity for your four covers.
The one on the left is pretty common and is a more recent back strike.
The second from the left is called a "Jewelite" (name is on the inside), a front strike and has more value. You can probably date it because of the Joe W. Brown on it. I've seen a lot of these covers around.
The third from the left is a front strike and an early phone number (DUDLEY 2-1600) and can also be dated from the phone number. Not common but not rare.
The fourth one is torn in half and virtually worthless, even though it's a Jewelite. The striker is also "struck".
I remove matches from common matchbooks. Rare ones are left untouched.
