The Harrah's Star Casino in Lake Charles, Louisiana opened in 2000, and closed in 2005 - a victim of Hurricane Rita. These are the very nice $1, $2.50, $5, and the $5 Grand Opening Limited Edition chips. These chips are in excellent condition, perhaps new, with sharp edges and unworn cross hatching.
