I stumbled upon a similar ID (Maybe the same one). They were an ebay "go-between" for international buyers. In reading their ME page, it appears that people who live in countries that ebay sellers don't ship to (in my case Japan), they contract this company to buy the item for them. The company receive the item in the US and ships it to the end-buyer in the foreign country. Sounded like a pretty good model.
