If I recall correctly, some jurisdictions in Nevada require at least 200 rooms in order to have a full casino license. (Not slots-only places, but those with live games, etc.)
Is this requirement limited to Las Vegas? Clark County? Statewide?
Is it a zoning requirement of the city or county government, or a requirement of GCB?
I know that older casinos have been "grandfathered" in, for operating casinos without rooms. I assume this includes license transfers where a grandfathered property is sold to a new party. Correct?
