I actually have two (2) full-blown, fully licensed copies (technically 3, when my older copy for my Mac is considered).
However, being as expensive as the program is, they are both older versions. 5.5 and 6.0 and the difference between the two is very big. 6.0 allows unlimited "undo" while 5.5 only allows 1 "undo". While I've not looked for saving marquee sizes, it is also possible that that is a feature of newer versions.
I've just downloaded PhotoScape (Gimp?) and will try it out, however, one of the greatest features of PhotoShop is Layers. I will be looking for that in PhotoScape.
