I'm not Andy, but I worked in the Race and Sports book at MGM for 5 years.

A point bet starts at -110 on both sides. Lay $110. to win $100. If you win you get your vig back. If you lose, you lose $110.

A money line bet is a + - bet. If your team is +150, that means that your team is the under dog, and you win $150.00 for every hundred you bet.
If your teame is -150, then you have to lay $150.00 to win $100. Just remember there are no points involved. Your team must win outright.
