there is someone who posts infrequently on this board who collects or at least used to collect grand opening chips. I am sure if you do enough searches in the archives from maybe 2-5 years ago, you can figure out she is and who else collects them. Contact everyone who collects grand opening chips, get lists or scans of their chips and start compiling your own list. Then a list will be around for others.
