I mailed a package (ebay chips) on 01/07 but has yet to arrive. This was done w/ ebay shipping & tracking number. The tracking info is this:

Dispatched to Sort Facility
Jan-07-13, 17:44 PM, WAXHAW, NC 28173

Acceptance
Jan-07-13, 14:35 PM, WAXHAW, NC 28173

So this proves that the PO got the package but got lost in the system somehow. What recorse do I have here? Does having tracking information protect me at all with a lost package? Or do I have to refund the money and suck it up?
