The nominations for the 2013 Officers and Board of Directors were submitted and tallied. 13 nomination forms were received.

Marc Shapiro received one nomination for President. Per the Constitution, a member must receive two nominations to be eligible to run for Office.

Jim Follis received a nomination and a second from current members for Secretary, but respectfully declined the nomination:

The following members received a nomination and a second from current members and accepted the nomination:

President: Doug Smith (Unopposed)

Secretary: David Spragg (Unopposed)

A ballot vote was not required since the above Board of Directors positions were uncontested. The above nominees were elected to the respective offices by acclamation. The term for the Offices of President and Secretary will be two years (2013 - 2015).

The above results will be submitted at the Annual Meeting for certification by a vote of the current Officers and Board of Directors.
