...there is more to it than you posted. Greg first tried out a stand alone poker game here on The Chip Board in early 2004. That went on for a while but there was no money involved & people lost interest. Plus the software was buggy.

Then Todd Desnoyers came up with an idea to have some tournaments on Poker Stars. That is when I came up with the idea to have The Chip Board Road to the WSOP/King of Poker tournaments. Those were run by myself, Greg & Jay Sands. Todd got busy with family & work & could no longer play after a couple tournaments.

We ran them up to when Greg passed away in October, 2009. Below is a link to the first page we set up for the first The Chip Board King of Poker that started on September 1st, 2004.
