one trillion (boy that is a hard word to say) coin which would be sold only to those individuals(?) or countries who are willing to take on our debt - the money would be put into the govenment spending pot to spend the way they want, not to pay off our debt just to increase it.

It's a way of getting pass the debt ceiling without going thru Congress.
