John, those are CLEARLY a threat to national security! The same as using a stamp to mail a 15 oz envelope. Never ask a postal clerk to explain reason...... they are only programmed to do a certain set of tasks. Logic is not one of them.

Archie is right most mail is sent via air..... that is unless it is to/from Africa. Then, I swear it must be sent by a barefoot native through the jungle and trails over the plains from village to village- it takes forever and looks like hell on arrival when and if it ever does.[cemter]
