If you posted a contest here for just the Florida chip club members, I'd be o.k. with that. Those members paid their dues to the Florida Club, and your contest would be a nice perk for them. If you posted a contest every week, and I wanted to enter, I'd have the option to apply for membership to the Florida Club. The only way I'd have a problem with it, was if you said "NO" if I asked to join the club!
