Let me first say I'm no expert here but, it doesn't seem likely that a Jeffersonville bar/club would invest in expensive chips when they could easily lose them in a raid. I'm guessing the 119 chips would belong to a bigger private club or Elks lodge. Of course, some big clubs in New Orleans and Galveston used crest & seals, so who knows?
