I own guns ,for hunting ,none of which can hold more than five shells . Using a shotgun to hunt ducks it's the law that you have to put in a plug that only allows you three shots .Seem the law wants to give ducks a better chance than people.But I will agree it's the person not the weapon .Anyone that deals with the public can tell you that there is lots of crazys out there.
