Murderers using knives can't cut down dozens of victims in the space of seconds, and they would have to be close to the victims. Pulling a trigger is much less "personal" than bashing someone with a baseball bat, IMHO. I assume that someone using ski poles, hockey sticks, kitchen knives and tennis rackets could be stopped more quickly.

We have the right to bear arms, in this country, and the guns were bought legally. Too bad the little kids lost their right to be safe in school...

Banning guns wouldn't stop the violence; it might slow it down, but we'll probably never know...
