So are you saying that the Red Rooster got a temporary license, granted by the sheriff?

I show that the first 4 Clark County licenses were issued to the Northern Club (#1), The Exchange Club, Las Vegas Club, and the Boulder Club...but I don't know which was which for #2, #3 and #4. I think #7 was Railroad Pass...haven't a clue on #5 and #6. Am I close????
