Our cases came out of an old grocery/drug store...they used them to display perfumes, and that sort of thing. We actually have 3 of them...the 2 pictured in the other post are in our dining room, the third is in our living room . If you look for cases, try to find ones with glass doors on the front...the stuff in the top 1/2 of our cases doesn't get near as dusty as the stuff in the bottom!
Most of our chips are in binders, most of our postcards and paper stuff (including matchless matchbook covers) are in the same binders. Lots of keychains are in a clear glass cookie jar; dice are in riker cases. Swizzle sticks live in coin cups. Matchbooks are in small baggies (mostly zip-locks), which are stored in plastic drawers. But that's just the stuff that's organized !
