Maybe some of the less common molds (that would get less participation) can be alternated with your favorite (red, yellow, black, blue, white, purple, orange, green) chip weeks (where nearly everyone can participate, if they choose to )

And how about favorite hot-stamp, round inlay, scallop inlay...
