Match Boxes are made in many different shapes and sizes.

The first 2 are Barrel Matches. The MGM Grand, SeaBlue dates from 2005 and Palms, Moon Nightclub is from 2008:

The next is a Triangular Box from Aladdin's The London Club. Larry Pang sent me this one, thanks again Larry! This box dates from around 2000.

Another type is the Pillow Box with cover. Here's one from MGM Grand, Shibuya that I obtained in 2005. The inside is shaped like a pillow and the cover goes over it:

The following are a couple of deceiving match boxes from Wynn Las Vegas. Red 8 is a Chinese Restaurant at Wynn. Both are shaped like a rectangular match box but there's no striker because they're Toothpick Boxes:

Here's a very unusual matchbook. When I grabbed it I thought, "Wow! A new one from Ghostbar at Palms. Nice!" but...

When I got home and opened it I discovered something else.
A glow-in-the-dark, lubricated, latex condom.
