If its going into the Junk folder that's pretty good but I understand that you want to ignore them completely. Potentially you can add some client side rules on the mail program (if not there are plenty of mail programs where you can). But you will have to create the rules and keep them up to date.

Of course you could also just set the option to purge your junk folder frequently (maybe at the end of the session if that is an option on the options menu). If not you can look at mail clients like Em Client (http://www.emclient.com).
